ACIRNA Therapeutics (formerly Chimeron Bio) · Last updated: October 2026

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how ACIRNA Therapeutics, Inc. (formerly Chimeron Bio Inc.) ("ACIRNA," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on acirna.com (the "Website"), and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your computer or phone when you visit. They let the website remember your actions and preferences (such as your cookie choices) and help the website owner understand how the site is used.

  • First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting (here, acirna.com).

  • Third-party cookies are set by another organization, such as an analytics provider, whose service is used on the website.

  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

We also use the word "cookies" in this policy to cover similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, scripts and local storage, which work in a similar way.

4. Your consent

You can change your mind at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of every page. We keep a record of your choice for 12 months and then ask again.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a choice to reject non-essential cookies, and our cookie banner will reflect this.
